This professional fast-acting butyl floor stripper is formulated to break down and liquefy built-up floor polish, wax and sealer layers, helping reduce the scrubbing time required before resealing or refinishing.

Zip Strip suspends old sealer in an easy-to-remove liquid emulsion, allowing the stripped finish to be collected using an auto scrubber, wet vacuum, mop or bucket.

Its low-odour, ammonia-free formulation creates a more comfortable working environment, while the caustic-free and residue-free system helps prepare floors for a clean, trouble-free recoat.

Suitable for use on vinyl, vinyl asbestos, rubber, no-wax linoleum, lino tiles, marble, terrazzo, ceramic quarry tiles and many other hard-floor surfaces, Whiteley Zip Strip is ideal for commercial floor restoration in schools, healthcare facilities, retail stores, offices, hospitality venues, factories and industrial sites.

Keep the surface wet throughout stripping and test in an inconspicuous area before full application.
