Returns & Refunds
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for foreseeable loss or damage.
Important Policy Changes
Change of mind refunds and exchanges are not currently available. We encourage purchasing only what you need.
We Accept Returns When:
- Product is faulty or not acceptable quality
- Significantly different from description
- Not fit for intended purpose
- Product is unsafe
- You have proof of purchase
Return Conditions
- Returns within 30 days: 25% restocking fee
- No credit after 30 days
- Claims must be made within 3 days
- Original receipt required
- Refunds via original payment method
Damaged Goods
If items arrive damaged, contact our Customer Service Team immediately. You may need to provide photographs for quick resolution.
For Australian Consumer Law returns, contact us to arrange collection for assessment.
Warranty Protection
All products are covered by warranties against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modifications, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

How can I track my order?
Log in to your account and use the "track your order" feature. If you can't view updates, please contact us for assistance.
My tracking number isn't working, what do I do?
After receiving a tracking number, it may take up to 24 hours before carrier updates are shown. If still having trouble, please contact us.
How long will it take to dispatch my order?
Most orders are dispatched same day but may take up to 24 hours to leave our warehouse.
How long will my delivery take?
VIC, NSW, QLD: 24-48 hours | NT, WA: 72+ hours. During peak periods (Easter, Christmas, public holidays), deliveries take longer. Specific delivery dates or times are not offered by couriers.
Do I have to sign for my order?
Yes, a person at the delivery address must sign to receive the item. If you wish for your consignment to be left without signature, please request this prior to dispatch.
I missed my delivery, can I have this re-sent?
Follow instructions on the delivery card from couriers or Australia Post. Most likely your order is at the closest post office or courier depot. Contact your local depot with tracking number. Re-delivery charges apply.
Can I collect my order from a warehouse or store?
We're unable to currently facilitate pickup service due to multiple warehouse locations. We plan to offer click and collect service in the near future.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders over $100. Orders below $100 have a flat shipping rate of $15.99.
