Shipping policy
The Central Cleaning Supplies distribution network is extensive and covers all areas of Australia. Distribution is facilitated through multiple warehousing and retail outlets.
Deliveries are carried FIS and expected dispatch time is normally 24-48 hours from your order being placed. With the delivery time frame within 3 to 4 days from when orders are placed for VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, 5-7 days+ for ACT, TAS, NT and WA.
Urgent, unforeseen orders will be dealt with fast and efficiently within the same time frame or sooner, Monday to Friday and if required, weekend deliveries can also be carried out.
All products and equipment are insured for delivery and are guaranteed to arrive on time and in perfect condition.
All stock items from initial order will be maintained on hand with the minimum two (2) months at all times.
Courier Times & Remote Areas
Courier delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service provider.
While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please be aware that shipping times may be longer for remote or regional areas.
For more accurate delivery times, please refer to your tracking link once your order has shipped.
During peak periods (Easter, Christmas and public holidays) deliveries may take longer.
Unfortunately, specific delivery dates or times are not offered by couriers.
Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its progress.
If you are not available when the courier attempts delivery, you will need to follow the instructions on the tracking link to arrange collection or redelivery.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We will only be able to accept orders with residential or corporate addresses (No PO box addresses).
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently do not offer international shipping.
All orders are shipped within Australia and we do not process orders for delivery outside the country.
Delays & Issues
While we strive to meet our estimated shipping times, delays may occasionally occur due to external factors such as courier delays, weather disruptions, or high order volumes.
If your order is significantly delayed, our team will notify you via email.
