Refilling a soap dispenser is a simple process that involves opening the dispenser, removing the empty refill bottle, removing refillable reservoirs, filling the reservoir with fresh soap or a compatible refill cartridge, and using the right foam soap recipe. After refilling, close the dispenser, replace missing parts, and test the pump or sensor. To maintain cleanliness, clean the soap compartment regularly with warm water or a mild disinfectant. This procedure can be used in commercial, residential, or office settings.

Automatic soap dispensers use advanced sensor technology, primarily infrared (IR) sensors, to detect hands and dispense pre-measured soap. This technology activates an internal pump mechanism, extracting soap from the reservoir and releasing a regulated dosage. Infrared technology is widely used due to its accuracy and dependability. Automatic soap dispensers are ideal for public and private hygiene settings, as they eliminate physical contact, reducing cross-contamination and soap waste.

Remove the pump mechanism and remove any removable parts, such as the straw, to unclog the dispenser nozzles. Soak the parts in warm water with white vinegar to break down soap residue and mineral buildup. Scrub the nozzle, pump head, and connection points with a brush or toothbrush. Gently push through tough clogs with a straightened paper clip or toothpick. Flush hot water through the pump straw and nozzle after cleaning. Rinse the dispenser head frequently and ensure soap levels aren't too low to prevent clogs. Reassemble the parts, test the dispenser, and perform maintenance regularly to maintain its functionality.
