The LionsBot R12 Rex CS is an industrial‑grade robotic scrubber‑sweeper engineered for the largest, toughest indoor floors—think warehouses, factories, logistics hubs and multi‑storey car parks.

With a massive 1,270 mm cleaning width, twin cylindrical nylon‑carbide brushes and side brushes that reach right to the edge, Rex CS sweeps and scrubs in a single pass, removing debris, dust and stains without any pre‑sweeping.

Delivering up to 95 kg of downward brush pressure and capable of cleaning up to around 10,000 m² per charge, it’s built to keep high‑traffic industrial floors clean, safe and presentable with minimal manual intervention.

Advanced 3D LiDAR with 200 m coverage and 3D SLAM navigation allow the R12 Rex CS to map complex environments, plan efficient routes and actively avoid obstacles in real time, even in busy, dynamic facilities.

An optional refuel station lets the robot automatically dock, recharge, drain waste water and refill its clean tank, so it can run multiple shifts with virtually no operator input.

Built on a solid powder‑coated steel chassis with a stainless‑steel brush deck and roto‑moulded tanks, the R12 Rex CS is designed in Singapore for long service life in demanding industrial environments.

Operators can start and manage cleaning via the onboard touchscreen, manual drive mode or LionsClean mobile app, while supervisors monitor performance and utilisation across the fleet through LionsCloud.

With less than an hour of training needed and around 15 minutes of daily maintenance, Rex CS helps facilities teams reclaim labour hours, standardise cleaning quality and cut water and chemical consumption compared to conventional ride‑ons.

Every unit sold also supports LionsBot’s sustainability initiatives, including clean‑water donations and mangrove planting, aligning large‑scale cleaning with broader ESG goals
