Training decks for the equipment we supply
Each module below is our own training presentation — an induction or machine-competency session you can run with your team. Every deck is aligned to the WHS Act 2011 and our ISO 45001 / 9001 / 14001 management system, and covers safe use, pre-start inspection and the service request process. Use them for onboarding, refreshers and site inductions, alongside the manufacturer’s manual and your site procedures.
Safe PPE Use and Requirements
Document GP-CG-STR-008 · Version v2.1 · Training deck, 2026
An induction to the PPE minimums expected at Central Cleaning Supplies and how they fit into lawful risk management under the WHS Act 2011 and WHS Regulations. The session explains where PPE sits in the hierarchy of control — the last line of defence, not the first control to reach for — then walks through selecting PPE that suits the task, hazard, environment and worker, carrying out pre-use inspections, withdrawing damaged items from service, and reporting defects or non-compliance.
What the training covers
- PPE in the hierarchy of control, and why incorrect or poorly fitted PPE adds risk
- Legal duties for businesses and workers — including that PPE must be provided free of charge
- Selection, fit, inspection, cleaning and replacement, with knowledge checks and sign-off
CCS FB35 Floor Washer Training
Training deck · 2026
Safe use, pre-start inspection and the service request process for the FB35 cordless floor washer. Built around one rule — no safe pre-start, no use — the module covers operator, area and machine readiness before the switch is touched, a five-step inspection sequence, correct brush and pad selection for the floor type, and the shutdown, cleaning and charging discipline that keeps the machine reliable. It finishes with how to raise a clear service request with defect details and photos so faulty units are not returned to service without clearance.
What the training covers
- Operator, area and machine readiness — all three must pass before use
- Pre-start inspection before every shift and at every change of operator
- Brush and pad selection per floor type; stop and confirm when unclear
- Defect reporting with photos and escalation before return to service
Pacvac Electric Vacuum Cleaner Training
Training deck · 2026
Safe use of corded Pacvac backpack vacuums, including the Superpro 700 series. The module sets the non-negotiables up front — dry indoor use only, no damaged cords or plugs, no unauthorised repairs — then covers fitting and adjusting the harness so the load carries through the hips, the pre-start checks on cord, plug, filters and dust bag completed before every shift, and the electrical, manual-handling and dust hazards controlled through the hierarchy of control and site risk assessment.
What the training covers
- Pre-start checklist before every shift — cord, plug, filters, dust bag and harness fit
- Hard limits: dry indoor debris only — no liquids, hazardous dust, hot ash, flammables or sharps
- Electrical, trip and manual-handling hazards, including RCD response and cord discipline
- Isolate, tag out and report faults immediately; service requests for repairs
Adiatek Diamond 100 Ride-On Scrubber
Training deck · 2026
Staff training for the Diamond 100 ride-on scrubber, on the standing rule that no operational use is permitted until the operator is trained, authorised and the machine is fit for service. It covers operator responsibilities and a compliant pre-start inspection — machine condition, cleaning chemicals and SDS, battery and charger, controls and safety devices — then the control logic and safe operating sequence, and finishes with shutdown, tank cleaning and charging discipline plus prompt defect reporting and service requests.
What the training covers
- Pre-start inspection before each shift, after charging and after any impact event
- Controls and modes: transfer vs auto scrub-dry, braking, cleaning system, operator protection
- Safe operating sequence — no passengers, no towing, pedestrian and forklift separation
- Shutdown, cleaning and charging discipline, with tagged-out defects escalated promptly

These presentations are training aids: they support, and never replace, the manufacturer’s manual, site procedures, safety data sheets and local state requirements. Decks are versioned documents — confirm the current version with our team before delivering a session or relying on one for compliance purposes.
