The Floorwash F35 Floor Scrubber Dryer is an ultra-compact and versatile upright floor cleaner engineered for professional and home use.

With a 35 cm cleaning surface, it excels at accessing hard-to-reach areas, making it ideal for environments such as hotels, restaurants, bars, schools, offices, shops, and medical centres.

Its innovative design features front and rear cylindrical brushes rotating at high speeds to thoroughly scrub and recover liquids, including along edges and corners.

The adjustable solution tank with a 90° tilt enables easy access under furniture as low as 14 cm, while the semi-closed recovery tank prevents leaks with its welded scraper blade.

This lightweight scrubber weighs 11 kg and offers a working capacity of up to 500 m²/h, powered by a 400W brushless motor.

Quick brush changes are facilitated by a simple pin system, and rear rubber wheels enable easy movement and transport.

The water dispensing lever under the handle allows precise control of solution flow to suit different floor types, including delicate parquet.
