What is each Glomesh pad colour used for (white, red, blue, green, black, etc.)?
Glomesh pad colours follow the standard floor‑pad system: lighter colours are for polishing/cleaning, darker colours are for heavier scrubbing and stripping.
White – Super polish pad
Red – Spray buff / light clean
Blue – Cleaner / light scrubbing
Green – Heavy duty scrubbing / cut back
Brown – Dry strip / very aggressive scrub

What speed range are Glomesh pads designed for?
Glomesh pads are made in regular‑speed (low‑speed) and ultra high‑speed (UHS) ranges, so you should match the pad type to your machine’s rpm: regular pads for around 150–350 rpm, and UHS pads for 1100–3000+ rpm.
Which pads are suitable for use with floor sealers, polishes or high‑shine finishes?
For sealed, polished or high‑shine floors, use Glomesh white and red polishing pads at regular speed, and Glomesh ultra high‑speed (UHS) pads like Blue Ice on high‑speed burnishers, rather than aggressive scrubbing or stripping pads.
How long do Glomesh pads last in commercial use?
Glomesh pads are built for long life in commercial use, but actual pad life and square‑metre coverage depend heavily on pad type, floor type, machine speed and how well you clean the pads after use.
Stripping / heavy scrubbing pads (black, brown, green): around 25,000–50,000 sq ft per pad, which is roughly 2,300–4,600 m² before replacement.
Buffing & polishing pads (red, white, some blue): around 75,000–100,000 sq ft per pad, roughly 7,000–9,300 m², because polishing is less abrasive than stripping.
Ultra high‑speed burnishing pads (e.g. Blue Ice): often 100,000–150,000 sq ft, or about 9,300–14,000 m² per pad in typical conditions.
